Posz provides software-as-a-service: POS terminal, QR ordering, KDS, management dashboard, and payment integration. We're responsible for system uptime and data security.
You're responsible for accuracy of data entered (menu, prices, tax, NPWP), hardware integrity (tablets, printers), and compliance with local F&B + tax regulations.
Subscription fees billed monthly via QRIS or bank transfer. 30 days late → account enters read-only mode (POS still works, but settings + menu can't be changed). 60 days late → suspended.
You may terminate any time with 30-day notice. Posz exports all your data (menu, transactions, customers, audit log) as CSV/JSON and sends via encrypted email.
Laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes settled at South Jakarta District Court.
