How to set up a receipt printer

Steps

1. 01 Buy a Bluetooth thermal printer that's ESC/POS-compatible. Sunmi V2 or any Bluetooth printer from a POS hardware store usually works. The Posz team can recommend a local supplier.
2. 02 Charge the printer and load a receipt roll (58mm or 80mm). Power it on.
3. 03 On the POS tablet: Settings (gear icon) → Printer → Scan. Select the printer from the list. Most thermal printers pair with PIN 0000.
4. 04 Tap "Test print" to verify. A sample receipt prints — if the format looks right (NPWP, tax invoice, total all correct), setup is done.

Notes

• If the printer breaks or runs out of paper, the transaction still completes — Posz stores the receipt as a PDF on the dashboard order page. The owner can re-print from there to a different printer.
• To re-print an old receipt: Dashboard → Orders → click the order → Print Receipt. A print popup opens; pick any printer (PDF, A4, or another thermal).
