How to print table QR codes

Table QR codes that go on each table so guests can scan and order from their phones without installing anything. Print once, stick once — the QR stays stable even if you reorder tables later.

Steps

  1. 01 Dashboard → Tables. Make sure every table is listed (label + capacity + shape).
  2. 02 Click "Print QR" at the top right. The system generates a PDF with one QR per table, ~5×5cm each, with the table label below.
  3. 03 Print the PDF on thick paper or laminate. Stick it in the table center or front corner so guests notice immediately.

Notes

  • QRs encode a URL to /t/<location>/<table-label>. No app, no guest login — opens in any phone browser.
  • If a table is deleted (Tables → Delete), its QR 404s. Renaming keeps it live (the label is stored separately from the ID).
