Per-outlet pricing & menu overrides

The master menu is set once for the whole merchant. But premium outlets (Senopati, mall) often charge more, or certain outlets don't sell certain SKUs at all. Per-outlet overrides handle this without duplicating menus.

Steps

  1. 01 Dashboard → Settings → 'Per-branch pricing & overrides' card (appears for merchants with >1 location).
  2. 02 Pick the outlet from the dropdown. Pick the menu item to override.
  3. 03 Set the new price — leave empty if you just want to hide the item. Tick 'Hide from this outlet' to fully hide it.
  4. 04 Save. The override takes effect immediately. POS at that outlet uses the new price; guest QR at that outlet hides the item if flagged.

Notes

  • Overrides show in the list with an 'OVERRIDE' chip so you don't forget them. Delete with the Delete button on the row — the price reverts to master.
