What data we store, and why.

Business name, NPWP (optional), owner email. Stored while account active + 7 years after termination (Indonesian tax regulation).

Name, role, hashed PIN (argon2id), shift log, branch location. PIN never stored plain-text. Avatar photo optional.

Name + WhatsApp number (optional). Stored per-merchant — a guest at one merchant is not identifiable by another restaurant.

Transaction amount, method (QRIS/cash/EDC), provider reference number. Card data never touches Posz — processed directly by the payment gateway (uncle-z payment / DOKU / NicePay).

Request a full export of merchant + staff + customer + transaction data any time by emailing posz@uncle-z.com. We reply within 5 business days.

On this website (posz.uncle-z.com) we use self-hosted Umami to count visits and clicks in aggregate: pages, referring site, campaign tags (UTM), approximate location (country/city), and browser, OS and device type. No cookies, your IP address is not stored, form contents are not recorded, and this data is not shared with third parties. This applies only to Umami statistics; for support chat, see section 07.

If you chat with us through the widget on posz.uncle-z.com without an account, we store the messages and attachments you send, any name or email you give, and basic browser data (IP address, browser, operating system, the page you were on and the page that referred you). We keep it on our own servers for 12 months and then delete it. To draft our replies, the chat text is sent to Anthropic (our AI provider, based in the United States; processed on its servers there). Anthropic may use the chat text to train its AI models, because our account allows this, and may keep it for up to 5 years for that purpose. We do not use chat text for advertising. The chat widget uses the cookie or local storage items cw_conversation and cw_user_* so your conversation continues on your next visit; they are not used for tracking or advertising.
