[04 / HOW IT WORKS]

Self-serve setup. No onsite required.

Two paths depending on your scale. Owners sign up online, configure themselves via the dashboard wizard, and open the outlet the same day.

SOLO / SMALL
01

Solo / small shop

Owner = cashier = barista. One tablet, Solo mode, all-in-one screen (menu + pay + kitchen card). No printer needed if you only do walk-ins.

  1. 01

    Sign up online

Open posz.uncle-z.com → Sign up. Fill in business name, email, password. Internal verification approves during business hours — you get a login email.

  2. 02

    6-step wizard

Log into the dashboard → onboarding wizard runs automatically: brand → location → menu (CSV / Excel import OK) → tax/QRIS → staff + PIN → device pairing. Done in 20-30 minutes.

  3. 03

    Install APK + open

Download the Tablet POS APK from /integrations, install on your Android tablet, log in with owner email. Live immediately — your first order can ring up the same day.

TEAM / RESTAURANT
02

Team + multi-staff

Server, cashier, kitchen, bar, host — each role gets its own tablet + PIN. Multi-outlet, multi-printer, separate kitchen/bar KDS. Still self-service setup, just more hardware to provision.

  1. 01

    Same signup + wizard

Sign up at posz.uncle-z.com. Same 6-step wizard, but in the "Location" step you add every outlet at once, and in "Staff" you set roles per person (manager / server / cashier / kitchen / bar / host).

  2. 02

    Pair one tablet per role

Each tablet pairs with a specific role (POS / KDS / Bar / Expo). The tablet remembers its location; staff enter a PIN per shift. Offline mode auto-engages if WiFi drops.

  3. 03

    Connect printer + QRs

Pair a Bluetooth thermal printer to the cashier + kitchen tablets (guide at /help/setup-receipt-printer). Print table QRs from /tables → stick them. Open the outlet — every path is wired.

No onsite visit required for setup. If you have tricky hardware or complex menu pricing, we'll help over a call (free) or email — but you stay in control.

[05 / INTEGRATIONS]

Plugs into the tools your team already uses.

Bill splitting, alternative payments, delivery channels, accounting sync — all one click away from your Posz dashboard.

[06 / FAQ]

The questions we get most.

What does Posz cost?

It depends on outlet count, active modules, and transaction volume. Our sales team prepares a tailored package after a short call about your operation.

Does it work without internet?

The POS terminal caches transactions locally. When the connection returns, Posz syncs automatically. No lost transactions, no halted queues.

What hardware do I need?

Android or iPad tablet, Bluetooth thermal printers (cashier + kitchen), printed QR per table. Posz can recommend the closest local supplier.

Can I migrate from another system?

The onboarding wizard accepts a CSV/Excel export of your menu + customer database from your prior system — drop the file, column mapping auto-detects. Transaction history stays in the old system — Posz starts clean on day one so reports stay accurate.

How secure is my data?

Servers in Indonesian cloud, role-based access (owner / manager / cashier / kitchen / bar / host), 2FA for owner + admin, who-did-what-when audit log, and email-based password reset with single-use tokens.

How does QRIS settlement work?

T+1 settlement to your business account. QRIS fee at 0.7% — the official Bank Indonesia rate.
